Results for PDB structure: 3J5P (with probe radius: 0.00Å)
Please cite the paper ChExVis: a tool for molecular channel extraction and visualization if you are using results from this server.
Parameters used:
* Inside Points for TM-pore computation: 1
* Outside Points for TM-pore computation: 1
* Transmembrane Classification: TMHMM

Comment: The functionally significant channel we are interested in this structure was automatically found by extracting channels between top ranked boundary points inside and outside the membrane. Although, one channel end point was not correctly identified beacuse of its small size, resulting in bent channel as shown. For the case study, the correct end point was selected manually to identify the channel.

Please note that without using trans-membrane classification data, it is harder or nearly impossible to automatically find the same pore.

How to view: Select the only row pore in "Trans-membrane Pores" to view this pore.
